Merci Miglino is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with over 20 years of experience helping leaders, teams, and coaches expand their potential and lead with clarity, confidence, and emotional intelligence. She has designed and delivered ICF-accredited Level 1 and Level 2 coach training programs and currently serves as Director of Training for the International Coach Academy, Laser Coaching Training, and Wendao Coach Training, where she mentors credential candidates and leads advanced practice labs for ACC, PCC, and MCC pathways. As an executive and team coach, she has partnered with organizations including Time Warner, Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, ANA Airlines, and Flight Centre International, helping leaders strengthen communication, navigate change, and resolve conflict. Her earlier leadership role in the New York State Legislature—where she directed teams of over 400—grounds her coaching in real-world organizational dynamics. Based in Philadelphia, she holds a degree in Education and is dedicated to developing leaders and coaches who lead with clarity, courage, and compassion.
